IP address blocked after mail server IP change RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Our ISP changed our IP address for our mail domain, which runs Exchange 2007. We can send mails everywhere, except to Microsoft administrated email servers, from where we get rejects with this message: #550 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Client host [93.174.165.2] blocked using Blocklist 1, mail from IP banned; To request removal from this list please forward this message to delist@messaging.microsoft.com and include your ip address 93.174.165.2 . ##

    Of course I sent a delisting request to the specified address, but after 3 days I still have no answer and I still can not send mails to Microsoft maintained servers.

    Please help me to solve this problem, because for us is VITAL to have communication with this kind of mail servers!
