  you write your java script function in a javascript webresource. then add the javascript to the form and call your function on load or on change events.

  Hi,

  In MS CRM 2011, you need to create web resource for you javascript and you need to write your javascript function in that web resource. you can attache web resource to your entity and call your javascript function.
