VPN not working after latest windows 10 update

I CANNOT USE ANY VPN APPLICATION ON MY LAPTOP AFTER THE LATEST UPDATE. Should I switch to mac OS. Cause I have tried everything in the book to try and make a VPN service work on my laptop.
