Error message when installing RRS feed

  • Hi, I get this error message after accepting the license: action microsoft.crm.setup.common.analyzer+collectaction failed. the specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted. (exception from rhresult: 0x8007054b) Does anyone know what might cause this? Thanks!

  • Thanks for your help guys. The customer just explained that he didn't have AD Smile

     

    I assumed it was ok, but I should have checked.

    I would recommend that you call support.  Also, check out the event log on both the crm and the SQL server, see if there are any issues in there, such as permissions.

  • It seems error regarding report server and active directory

     

    Can you verify things in log file
