I am sure this question is asked several times but not answered with exact answer.
I am noticing one Microsoft Contingent Staff & Community contributor is answering the thread and immediately marking his thread as answer. He does not even care who others and what they answered. I even mentioned to him in one of the thread to wait
till the user marks it as answer and also suggested to propose it as answer instead of directly marking it as answer then and there. Still no change. I am keep on noticing from more than a month.
I know almost all the moderators wait for some time to mark them answers and also check what others has also answered on same thread. But this guy is bit different and I doubt he is lacking of knowledge about moderation.
Please let me know how to escalate on this.
