The quality of the network connection to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is poor RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

I have the same problem: “The quality of the network connection to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server is poor, which can cause poor performance and occasional errors. Contact your Microsoft Dynamics CRM administrator.”

This problem occurs when we are doing the Outlook CRM test connection.

Anyone have any idea which could be the problem.

We have Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 With rollup 5 in server and client.

I hope you can help me

    Thank you very much

  • Are you experiencing some issue with the CRM Outlook Client or you just see the message when you run diagnostics?  I've seen this message frequently but not experienced any problems with the CRM Outlook Client as a result.  If everything is working as expected, I think you can ignore the message for now.

  • Hi Donna,

I had read in other forums, what you've told me, that ignores the message, but I have to give an answer to my client about that error, since not happy with this response.
if they see the error, they will say that this is affecting the performance of the crm, then I need to give another solution. :(
