Cancle notice of live one care? RRS feed

  • I in May just renewed my one care account but every few weeks I get an e-mail tell me that my account has been cancled.
    But click on my one care icon and everything is still running.
    This is anoying is the e-mail real or what?
    It also appears that the help site is down due to traffic all the time too.
    Any ideas?

  • The help site is not down, so I'm not sure what you are encountering.
    As for the status of your subscription, sign in with your subscription LiveID at https://billing.microsoft.com to see details.
    The email may have been sent in error. On the other hand, why you would get that email multiple times seems even odder.
    If your current status of OneCare is green and the subscription status within OneCare and on the Billing site show a future expiration date, ignore the emails. If, however, there is a problem with the account, please contact customer service/support:
