As for the status of your subscription, sign in with your subscription LiveID at
https://billing.microsoft.com to see details.
The email may have been sent in error. On the other hand, why you would get that email multiple times seems even odder.
If your current status of OneCare is green and the subscription status within OneCare and on the Billing site show a future expiration date, ignore the emails. If, however, there is a problem with the account, please contact customer service/support:
