Validation Problem with WIndows Vista RRS feed

  • When I log onto my account on my PC I get the error code windows error code 0xC004E002 stating "The Software Licensing Service reported that the liscence store contains inconsistant data. Additionally, my background is black and states that I do not have a genuiune copy of Vista. I ran the diagnostic and here are my results:

    Any idea what my problem might be? Additionally, my computer has be taking an unusually long time to load lately, not sure if that has something to do with it.

    Your original report showed no problems at all - this one shows that your problem is probably caused by a fault in the Licensing Store.
     
    Please follow the below steps to recreate the Licensing Store and its data.
     
    1) Open an Internet Browser window.
    2) Type: %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.
    3) Find the file CMD.exe
    4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'  <-Very Important
    5) Type: net stop slsvc   (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
    6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
    7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
    8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
    9) Type: net start slsvc
    10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
    11) Restart your computer twice.
    12) You may be required to enter the Product Key and/or Activate.

    What's different? This diagnostic says its an invalid liscence.
