  • I have the same problem. Adding English (Canadian) does not seem to make a difference. The only options are U.S. states. It is frustrating wanting to pay for a service when you can't.

  • Are you adding English ( Canada ) to your Internet Explorer settings or changing the Region/Language settings on your computer? You only need to change the Internet Explorer language settings. To do this open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>General>Languages>Add.

  • Yes, I am the dummy! I realize now that I had to move Canada above U.S. English for it to work. Its all good now, Thanks!
