  • When I was downloading the trial version, the installation told me that I had to remove the McAfee Antivirus, as it was conflicting with OneCare.  I did this.  My system automatically rebooted.  I went back into Windows Live OneCare to attempt to complete the installation and it required me to go through a full purchase installation (even though I clicked on "dowload trial").  Now when I reboot, my system is VERY slow.  When I try to run OneCare, it tells me that I cannot start it and that I need to contact Customer Service.  However, when I do "Ctrl/Alt/Del" and look at the processess that are running, the majority of my CPU usage is going toward a file by the name of "MSMpEng.exe" - which I do not recognize.
