Cliplets - Supported video formats? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to import .mp4 files taken on my WP7 into Cliplets but it complains that the media file does not contain video. What formats are supported? Is there an easy way to transcode these files into a format that will work?

  • I cannot even open any of supported video file formats - I tried different videos in avi, mp4, mov...

The Cliplets wrote "Cannot open video file". Does someone have any idea, where is the problem? I have 64-bit Windows 7 edition.

Thank you in advance for the help.

  • I've got this error when uninstalled windows media player.

So try to reinstall it in Control Panel -> Programs -> Turn Windows Features On/Off
