CRM 2016 Lookup Fields RRS feed

  • Ever since the update to 2016, the lookup fields cannot be typed into the first time they gain focus. They must be manually clicked a second time before I can type into them. It essentially stops users from using TAB to go through the fields on a form. How can I revert this behavior back to what it was before (where I can type immediately after it gains focus)?

    Unrelated question: How do I contact Microsoft to give them feedback on their product? It seems to be impossible. Do they not care what their customers think?
