    I need help please I have forgotten my password and my id for signing into my account and I have went everywhere  online and cant get any advice please help !!!!!!??

    I highly recommend you go to the following web page and find the contact information for your local Microsoft Regional Service Center (MRSC). They can help you figure out your email address, your MCP ID, your certification transcript, and more.
