  • Hi there,

There are different options available and depending on your requirements some methods will be better than others. The one common method is to create an archive security category to remove the projects from the views for non admin users (or what ever users you wish). A link below describes this for Project Server 2010, but the process is the same for Project Server 2007 and similar for Project Server 2003:

    Hope this helps

    Thanks

  • Hi,

The simplest method to archive the project would be,

    1. First of all take the administrative back

    2. Delete the project from publish project

If you want to restore the projects, please find the steps for the same

    1. Project need to restore using administrative back up for specific project
    2. Publish the project from MS Project then only it will reflect in PWA
    3. Restore the project workspace data in newly created project workspace,

Note : if you have not deleted the project workspace just edit the links with old project workspace name
