Unfortunately I needed to read no further than this - you have an MSDN Key for Windows Ultimate - which has been blocked for misuse, as it is a key that is not for sale to the general public.

You need to read the Blocked Keys stickie at the head of the forum index page - and claim an immediate refund from your vendor (or eBay/Amazon MarketPlace/Craigslist).

  • From your MGA Report:

    License Status: Notification
    Notification Reason: 0xC004F200 (non-genuine)

    Windows Product ID: 00426-067-4744027-86831

Unfortunately, the installed copy of Windows 7 Ultimate is using a non-genuine, "not-for-resale" MSDN product key.

Please review: Blocked Keys  and  Purchasing Genuine Microsoft Software

In order to resolve this issue, contact the seller of the non-genuine software and demand a 100% refund.  You will then need to purchase a genuine  Windows 7 Ultimate "Full Version" license

and change the product key.  See:  How to Update Your Product Key in Windows 7
