I have been to the vaildation site & both my windows & office product say they are vaildated. I have accessed my office programs & tried to click on "Activate Product" but it says I'm already activated. Every time I run my office programs, I have to accept the EULA again. Any ideas??

In addition to Carey's post I see a Cryptographics error on the Office 2003 version.
Try running the Microsoft Genuine Advantage – Diagnostic Site at http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/diag/ and see if that step by step diagnostic can help you correct the cryptographic error.
Once completed post another diagnostic report.
