Hey There Kiddies,
My question should b a "No Brainer" for those of you who have used the Fix-It Tool (that you download to your PC) MORE than ONCE! Haha!
I am using a NEW computer and was having trouble Installing Updates...Well, I, PERSONALLY, wasn't having trouble...the COMPUTER was! (What a DORK I am, Right??)
Anyhoo, on the Windows Update: View Installed Updates page, there was a link RE: Troubleshooting to determine WHAT was preventing my updates from installing SUCCESSFULLY. So, I clicked on it. It DIDN't bring me to the Fix it Center Website (which
is where I discovered this Forum just a few, short minutes ago - COOL ;-) INSTEAD, it offered a Downloadable, "Fix-It Tool" that supposedly could diagnose NOT just problems with Windows Update. It could diagnose (and in MANY cases, FIX) ANY and
ALL Microsoft Related Software, present on your PC. As Well As, Internet issue!
This sounded fairly IMPRESSIVE to me, if it worked, so I downloaded the Tool. I ran it ONCE, got DECENT results. Yet, it was when I attempted to use it again for a different reason, that I BOTH: Noticed something Peculiar that I hadn't noticed
the first time around. As well as became CONFUSED & WEARY about the product On-The-WHOLE once I lookedup it's Certificate.
Now, I just realized I've done QUITE-A-BIT of typing already and I have YET-2-ASK my Question...WHOOPS! ;-) That being the case, believe it or not, the actual question WILL BE only about a sentence or 2. Tho, seeing I have included so much BUILD-UP
here on the Forum Page, I'd rather NOT waste anymore SPACE/TIME (of the Readers). For those reasons I have the HUMBLEST of Requests:
