  Which operating system are you installing One Care on and are you installing from a CD or from the One Care website?

  Installing on Windows 2000 professional and have tried installing from the cd and from the download and get the same error message either way.

  Windows 2000 is an unsupported operating  system. Supported operating systems are Microsoft Windows XP (Home Edition, Professional, Media Center Edition, or Tablet PC Edition) with Service Pack 2 (SP2) or Windows Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business, or Ultimate).

  I have Windows XP Professional and I also get the OCSETUP.EXE entry point not found error stating
  "The procedure entry point GetPRocess ID could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll"
  
  Could someone advise what I can do to install OneCare?

  Do you have Service pack 2 installed? If you don't, you'll get this error. You may also encounter this problem if you are trying to install on the 64 bit version of XP.
