I have Windows XP Professional and I also get the OCSETUP.EXE entry point not found error stating
"The procedure entry point GetPRocess ID could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNAL32.dll"
Could someone advise what I can do to install OneCare?Friday, February 22, 2008 5:15 AM -
Do you have Service pack 2 installed? If you don't, you'll get this error. You may also encounter this problem if you are trying to install on the 64 bit version of XP.
If you are using XP SP2 32 bit and are encountering this problem, please contact support.
