privilige to remove attached file

Question
-
Hi, everyone.
I have noticed that administrators can remove files attached by other users and others cannot.
Can someone tell me where do I set such a privilige?
I mean to remove the file in a note, but not the note itself.
Best regards

Hello Gou,
This is the same privilege - Deletion of the notes (annotation entity). Text notes and attached files are stored under the same entity annotation.

looks like the one i am looking for is append to privilege, that is the one controlling whether the user can add a note to a record.
And the deletion of note controls whether the user can delete the note.

Hi Andriy.
Thank you for your quick reply, but I do not think they are controled by one single privilige (Note in Core Record).
Because I have setted the delete privilige for Note in Core Record for user level.
After that, I am able to delete the note, but I cannot delete the file.
Which is good with me.
But I need to ensure that none of any users can delete attached files,
so I can control attached file deletion by using Note priviliges.
Best regards

Hi, Anbdriy.
I believe you.
But I need to know how can I ensure no user can click the remove button.
I have a picture showing what I need to know.
In this picture, my user has the privilege to delete the note(there is a delete button in actions menu),
However, the remove button for attached file is grayed out.
I need to know what the remove button grays out, and how I can control the remove button.

Don't you think that in the case user will click "Delete Note" - attached document would be deleted too? I think so but you can check. As I have already told in my 2 previous posts - the same permission used for notes/attachments.

Hi, Andriy. Thank you for your reply.
I know deleting the note will also delete the file, it is ok for me.
But I am worried if there is a reverse situation.
Users who do not have permission to delete the note, but can directly remove the file, which I do not want.
That is what I am asking for the question.
I will need to know for sure that no one can click the remove button (unless they have permission to delete the note),
so I can control the permission by note.
As for your 2 previous posts, I understand fully what you are saying.
But my picture shows clearly that these 2 buttons are controlled by different permissions.
So, no, I do not agree with your point that they are using same permission.
