  have tried ie9beta now unable to start ie8 or ie9beta -cannot uninstall or overwrite either of them - keeps saying "have later version" - i am a little old for this memory work but seem to recall there is a standard procedure for this error.   (have no problems with Firefox as a browser but then this browser will not download items which affect *.net for example.   i purchased and ran "reviver soft", no results there.   i sent them an e-mail as instructions but no reply (as yet).   Would be very thankful for your assistance.   Time is no problem I am 77 with little else to do.   Thank you, very much.
