A tool that will revert Windows back to it's default language (Vistalizator problem) RRS feed

    I tried to install a chinese language pack through Vistalizator, but it didn't work well, so I just delete the language pack. However, these days it always says that my Windows 7 is not genuine. I read the {Vistalizator, Multilingual users and Validation problems} topic on this forum and I think I need a tool that will revert my windows back to it's default language. I tried to ask online according to the suggestion but it cannot help me find that tool. So may I ask you what kind of tool that can solve my problem and if by using it , my windows can revert back to its default language, does that mean my computer cannot recognise any chinese by then? thanks!
