  • In my opinion you want to view some related record based on some field value of current from or record??

    1. add an html page in your navigation page of your from

    <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

    <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">
    <head>
        <title></title>
         <script type="text/javascript" language="javascript" src="XrmPage-vsdoc.js"></script>

      <script type="text/javascript" language="javascript">

    var myValue= window.parent.Xrm.Page.getAttribute("att_name").getValue();

    var url ="url of report"

     window.location.assign(url + myValue);

     </script>
    </head>
    <body  >
    </body>
    </html>

    2. Create an  report to show your data and pass your value or entityid in query string of report.

    Hope it help !!
