Usernames being changed in posts RRS feed

  • Question

  • Please see this thread in the VB General forum.  When the thread started, the OP's username was something containing "Oman" (as indicated by the reply from Cor). But some time yesterday, the user name in the first post was changed to config2002 (see Mike Feng's second reply from several hours ago). Now I see a reply to Mike's post that seems to be written by the OP, but the username on that reply is config9009. Is this something the user is doing (I didn't think you could change your username), or is this the forum software acting up?

  • You can change your user name - no problem as long as it's not taken. I've changed my user name few months back.

  • Thanks Naomi. I didn't realise you could do that. That explains it.
