  • I have certificate of authenticity for Microsoft professional  2007. However the codes on it does not seem to fit the product no. When I try to enter it tells me that 0 is not valid. There is other numbers on the certificate but none seem to fit. Please advise

  • You'll almost certainly find that the 0 you think is there is actually a Q - try it and see.

     0xC004F050 usually means that you've misread a character - either C/G/6 or B/8 or Y/V are the most common, an O/0 is almost always a Q

    Note that the following characters cannot be used - A E I L N O S U Z 1 0 - so don't bother trying unless you like the noise it makes :)
