  • How come I can-not defrag my computer with Windows Live One Care?

  • I moved your post to the Tune-up topic.

    If you run a Tune-up and it reports that Defrag did not complete, that means it is working, though, it hasn't completed in the limited time available during Tune-up. Ignore the warning.

    If you are getting an error that Defrag failed to run, try running it manually by selecting Tools from the right click menu/properties for the drive via Windows Explorer. You may have disk errors that need to be fixed first.
