  • Went to Windows update and the only update installed was Microsoft Genuine Validation key. My pc had already downloaded this information earlier but it must have been malfunctioning. One Live Care reinstalled and began to work  after the validation download.

My concern now is that One Live Care is counting this reinstall as a 3rd installation (the limit). My HP notebook, purchased in March) was just sent back for repair for the second time. HP already replaced the motherboard and SD slot; now they are going to work on the SD slot again and reinstall Windows Vista to factory settings. I will have to reinstall  Live One Care in this notebook and am concerned the program will not recognize the notebook and my 3 installs would have been used up.

Does anyone have experience with uninstalling/reinstalling Live One Care and what that does to the 3 computer limit?

  • Reinstalling does not count against the number of licensed installs you have performed.

If a reinstall does not resolve the problem for you, please contact support for help.
