I had a subscription to OneCare, and when I tried to renew, it would not accept my credit card information. I have tried with three different cards with no luck.

As Jim noted, the most common reason for this is that the form you are filling in does not like any punctuation at all in any of the entry fields - no commas, no dashes, no apostophes, etc. It will only accept letters and numbers.

Are you entering the credit card number without dashes or spaces? What message do you get when your credit card is not accepted?

I'm entering all information correctly, the error I'm getting reads
The Credit Card that you have provided could not be authorized. Please provide the correct information for your payment method.
The credit card I'm using is active and I've used it for many online purchases. I get this error with a number of different cards.Wednesday, June 10, 2009 1:00 PM -
