Crash: Edit using theme on Wordpress.com hosted blog RRS feed

  • General discussion

  • I have had crashes from both the release version and the beta version of Live Writer in the following conditions

    • Running on a new install of Vista ultimate x86, all updates installed.
    • Blog is hosted at wordpress.com - it is at http://icanhazdot.net
    • The blog theme is Andreas09
    • the view in Live Writer is set to Edit using theme
    • It is crashing on this blog post specifically (so it could be the Polaroid plugin)
    • a blank page is ok - it doesn't crash
    • as soon as I open the draft or download the blog page above it crashes away
    • it is fine when I untick the option 'Edit using theme'
Apart from that, I much prefer this to blogdesk. Very nice.
    cheers
    Ewen

  • By crash, do you mean that one of the generic error message dialog shows up?  Or does the program actually go away?  If either of these are yes, please feel free to email me your log file at bturner*at*microsoft*dot*com

You can find your log file by doing the following:
