  hi Sudhakar,

  In ms crm 2011 their is WebResources ,

  check this link to cretae and upload the Silverlight xap files

  Can you please download sdk and check how to integrate the Silverlight in mscrm

  in this location "sdk\handsonlabs\labs\silverlight" ,
