    I have xp and whenever I get an email requiring the use of Power point I can't view it. A product number which is under my Gateway computer is not accepted. What can I do to be able to use it. Thank you for the answer in advance.

    Hi Felicias baby boy,

     

      The Product Key on the bottom of your computer is only for Windows. Computer Manufacturers (such as Dell) will often include a Trial version of Office in the computers they sell. The Trial version of Office will work for a while, but to continue to use Office, you would need to buy a Full Version.

     

      If you believe you were supposed to receive a full version of Office, with your computer, please contact Dell for futher assistance.
