Importing as contact if account exists otherwise import as lead

  Hello,

  We've been struggling with data quality when using dynamics CRM. We have multiple different names for the same account (company). We would want to import a excel file and if the account (company) already exists in CRM then make it an contact and otherwise make it a lead.

  How could this be done?
