    u live in delhi i guess........so did u win any prizes....i mean microsoft was giving away some exciting prizes o thos e who attended also.....did u win anything???and what was the topic that the first team selected

    Yes u are right, they distributed some goodies like- Imagine Cup cap etc. so I also grabed some of them and Microsoft will also provide Login ID and Password to download genuine software from MS website.

    The first team named-"Team Blue Leaf" selected for the project Name- "Recog" wich was related to  employs artificial intelligence to identify categories and keywords from whatever content is supplied to it, conduct non-intrusive automated searches for these, and then organise and link this information for the user. It also provide provide the much needed conjunction between a student’s class notes – on paper and digital, readings from books, content from internet etc. This project was really excellent!!!

    Did you also get the username and password to download genuine software ?
    Actually if your college (subscribed to MSDNAA) requests Microsoft, they will create an account for you. But our college people are so lazy that they dont even get our accounts created despite of reminding then 10000 times.

    Also the college people are legally entitled to provide their students with all Microsoft softwares for free. MS provides the college with 400 serial keys every year. I dont know why the college people are keeping the serial keys with them.

    Well my college is registered with MSDN AA and using softwares on behalf of it.

    If ur college is not MSDN AA, u can just send ur 10th std. approved Markshhet with college ID card and they will mail u the login and password to download softwares. I think microsoft is sending the same to all of us attendee of Imagine Cup, but i already have all necessary genuine microsoft softwares in my PC.

    Dear Friend,

     

    Nice information. Atleast your college is owing with the Academic Alliance from Microsoft. Even my district is not having this kind of features like. Our people are not explosive to the technology, what shall I do.

    But for me the process is easy because they are providing MSDNAA for free of cost to students right now from Microsoft Corp.

    Hi...... I'm from south....... I was not able to atend the Finals...... Will I be able to get those Username and Password for downloading those genuine softwares.......?

    @Sivan -  there is no other way to get the username and password, except requesting your college to send an email to microsoft.
