I have a really basic quick campaign, which sends newsletter to clients.When click 'unsubscribe' link, they shouldn't receive such email any more. Everything seems work fine except client still receive email after they unsubscribe.
What I did as follow:
1, under user, set email configuration: incoming(outlook), outgoing (email router).
question: In order to make it work, do I need set both incoming and outgoing to email router?
2, under system setting, marketing tab, set 'Do not send marketing material' option to YES, set 'Send acknowledgement to customer' to YES, select template for acknowledgement email.
I also enable 'Use tracking token' under Email tab.
Unfortunately, it doesn't work.
Any help appreciate.
