Can not validate Office basic Edition 2003 and can not uninstall it as well!

Question
-
Microsoft is not able to validate my Office 2003 giving the error code 0x80180101. I tried to reactivate it a few times, but always the same result. The licence we bought should be original. In the end I was so frustrated that I wanted to unistall it, but then it gives me the Error 1324: The folder path 'All User*here is a character which I can't reproduce*' contains an invalid character. Checking the folder All Users everything seems ok. What do I need to do to get it activated?Monday, June 1, 2009 3:11 PM

Good Morning Batavo,
Thank you for providing us with all the information. Based on the MGA results it appears your Office Suite isn't activated thus the 101 error code. Please see below:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 101 Not Activated
Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003 - 101 Not Activated

First I would check with the Systems Administration Deptartment and let them know the problem with your computer and what we have provided you with as for a fix action. Next how many systems are in the company? Should there be several computer systems within a business they would purchase a Volume Licensing Key "VLK" and install Office with this product key. There are advantages one being a cost savings.
Below are the steps for Telephone Activation:From the Desktop:

Note The number appears now and differs based on the location that you select.5.

Hello Batavo,
This thread seems very similar to yours, you may want to duplicate the actions advised: http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuineoffice/thread/73a0236b-c328-4fad-8725-3c04b6dc7221
If you just want to uninstall Office 2003, please see this MS KB article for a possible solution that will let you proceed with the uninstallation: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/292582

Hello Batavo,
Thank you for visiting us today :-). Please post back and let us know if Dan's suggestion works. Should you need further assistance please run the MGA Diagnostic Tool and provide the results back in this thread.
Please follow these steps for assistance:
Step 1 is to run the utility at this link http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012, then click the Windows tab, click the "Copy" button, then paste the report into a response in this thread.
Step 2 is to look on the computer or with the materials you received with the computer or with your retail purchase of Windows to see if you have a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). If you have one, tell us about the COA. Tell us:
1. What edition/version of Office is currently installed?
2. Does it read "OEM Software" or "OEM Product" in black lettering?3. Or, does it have the computer manufacturer's name in black lettering?
4. Please provide the customer scenario you are experiencing.
5. DO NOT post the Product Key.
Not sure what to look for? See this page for reference: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/howtotell/en/coa.mspx
Thank you,
Stephen

Hello Dan and Stephen,
Thank you for your quick reply!
Dan:
I followed the advise in the first thread, but it did not work. I'm not able to do the things indicated for uninstalling Office, because there is a strange character instead of the last "s" in the folder "All Users". I'm not able to copy it from the error message and after searching it for over an hour in Word I gave up.
Stephen:
For step 2 I will have to check with our IT department (I'm trying to solve the problem myself, because they are not able to or do not give it enough priority).I think they bought the PC and the Licence separately with the same supplier.
Here is the report:
