I found a situation that workflow logs were disappeared.Last time it still there,but next time I open the log,it just disappear.I don't know how does it disappear,somebody know this?

There is an option in CRM 4.0 to apply registry settings that delete completed workflows and completed system jobs. It sounds as though this hotfix has been applied to your system. Please refer to this KB article for further information: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/968755.

Are you refering to the CRM trace logs, or the systemjob records in CRM that record each run instance of a workflow ?
