  • Hi

    when trying to send an email through CRM, the email is not delivered. On the email server the error is

    #61042 - An error occurred while processing the outgoing e-mail message with subject "Test Email" for SMTP: http://XXXXXXXXXXXXXX for delivery through XXXXXX. System.Net.Mail.SmtpException: Transaction failed. The server response was: trbrelay2z.XXXX
       at System.Net.Mail.SmtpConnection.GetConnection(ServicePoint servicePoint)
       at System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient.Send(MailMessage message)
       at Microsoft.Crm.Tools.Email.Providers.CrmPollingSendEmailProvider.Run().

    Is there any setting that i should change on the CRM server after configuring the email server?

    Please Help.

  • Hi Guys,

    The resolution:

    Email router's ip should be added in the SMTP Server's "Allowed List". Just found it. Yaay :)
