how can i uninstall windows 7 and re install it on a new pc

i got a new motherboard and and cpu and the hdd that had my windows 7 ultimate on it wood not fit in my new motherboard so i wont to uninstall it off the hdd and re install it on a new one with the same cd key how can i do this?
