Login Error in CRM Dynamics RRS feed

  • Help desk deleted out a user out locally and then re added him back in and now the user is not able to login to CRM. Why would this be? The user is getting a adfs error

  • Hello,

    Try to do following:

    1. Create some temp user is Active Directory.

    2. Open in CRM user account record that has an issue loging in.

    3. Update domainname of this user using tmp domain name created at point 1. Save user.

    4. Update domainname back to old. Save user.

    Restart ADFS to remove all cashes.
