Problem in email router configuration for exchange online in CRM 2013 RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    we did email router configuration with Exchange online in MS CRM 2013. For Admin user it is working fine, he is able to send and receive emails. But for other users, it is not working, email status is in "sending" for long time. Do we need to configure anything for all the users to send and receive email.
