  • I can not get this to work! I have the sign in under control but when i go to finish i cant seem to activate the key code I was given in the store bought version. It just has me reinstall over and over again.I see that this does not work with 64 bit Vista. How do I know if I have this one??

  • If OneCare installed on your PC, but you are having a problem with activation, your version is compatible with your operating system.

    What do you mean that you can't activate with the key code? Is it reporting that it is invalid?

  • alicias, I just read and deleted your other post, since it is duplicate and is already covered in this thread.

    What is the *exact* error you are receiving when entering the retail key? Do you already have a subscription? Is this your first activation? You mention that you then reinstall. Why?
