Windows Vista is not genuine?

Question
-
hi, I have bought a TOSHIBA laptop about two years ago with preinstalled windows vista bussines, genuine of course, I have the label sticked in the bottom of my laptop. It has worked OK until a few days ago when I turn on the computer and ask me to validate windows, I try to validate it, inserting the key of the label, but the next error appears: 0xC004E003, I look it up in the microsoft support, and any solution fixed the problem, I also try to validate my windows online but it says to me that validation couldn´t be finished, to try later. Now I download the microsoft genuine diagnostic tool and here is the result:

WHY did you 'play' with the system before posting the full report? It would appear that you have some form of Language Kit installed on the machine, which may be interfering with the licensing - but I wouldn't worry too much about that at present. What is certain is that you have an OEM_SLP install, and the the machine is unable for whatever reason, to read the relevant parts of the BIOS SLIC table, to ensure that the install is legitimate. You can either reinstall the full OS from the manufacturer's recovery disks, or change the Product Key to the one on the OCA sticker on the case of your machine. Either route should fix your problem.

We need to see the COMPLETE report to be able to diagnose the problem properly.

I tried the following:
1) Open an Internet Explorer browser window.
2) Type %windir%\system32 into the browser address bar.
3) Find the file CMD.exe
4) Right-Click on CMD.exe and select 'Run as Administrator'
5) Type: net stop slsvc (it may ask you if you are sure, select yes)
6) Type: cd %windir%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SoftwareLicensing
7) Type: rename tokens.dat tokens.bar
8) Type: cd %windir%\system32
9) Type net start slsvc
10) Type: cscript slmgr.vbs -rilc (It may take a long time for this to complete, please be patient)
11) Restart your computer twice.
12) You may be required to Re-Activate. Use the Activate by Phone method as outlined here:
You can reset your Windows Vista activation by performing the following:
1. Click on the Start button and in the Start Search box type in: slui.exe 4
2. Press the Enter key on your keyboard.
and now the next error appears: 0xC004F063
