I notice there's a delay in onecare circle notification when computer is not on the same connections. I think about 1 hour delay In my case i'm using dial-up and 2nd laptop is using highspeed connections. Is it possible to make it a little bit faster for the notifications?

  • No, that is the lag for computers not on the same LAN/subnet. The status needs to upload to the OneCare servers, get stored, and be made available to the hub when it performs the hourly (or so) check of the server for status updates. Actually, an hour is pretty decent. It can be 2 hours or more. You might be able to reduce the time check by forcing the "heartbeat" on each PC. You do that by selecting Check for Updates in OneCare.
