Hello Grifffro Fred,
Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:
OGA Data-->
Office Status: 103 Blocked VLK
Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007 - 103 Blocked VLK

Your Dell Inspiron computer currently has a Volume Licensing installation of Office Professional Plus 2007 installed, and this installation was done with a now-blocked Volume Licensing Key.
A "blocked" VLK is one that was issued by Microsoft to a business, educational institution, or governmental agency for their exclusive use in accordance with a Volume Licensing Agreement. (Note that such use does NOT allow the resale of such VLKs.) However, because the VLK may have been reported lost, stolen, or compromised to the internet by the original keyholder, or because the Volume Licensing Agreement has expired, Microsoft has blocked the VLK from further use.
Since your computer is a corporate PC, please bring this nongenuine situation to the attention of your corporation's IT support staff. The staff will probably check the installed product key and compare it to the organization's presumably valid product key, and assuming the keys are different, will likely reinstall Office or use a third party utility or the steps in this MS KB article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/895456 to change the installed product key to the organization's valid VLK.
