Data Import - Always "In Progress" RRS feed

  •  Hello,

     I'm trying to import data (csv file) to our dynamics crm but it's not working. I am sure I did the Data mapping right and I'm only trying to import 6 columns with 10 rows but it's been days and the status is still "In progress". 


    What could be the problem? Please help me!

  • Imports are the Asynchronous Processes so they are working in content of Async Service. Check if MS CRM AsynService is working on the server.

  • I already checked. It has MS CRM AsynService on the server.

  • Is your other system jobs(duplicate detection, workflows) succeeds???

  • Honestly I haven't tried to do other stuff. As I saw your post, I did try to publish 1 rule in duplicate detection (so I can try if it works) and it's been 10 minutes and the status reason is still "Publishing". How long does it normally take?
