I bought my Acer Aspire laptop from WalMart.com and after I got it, it started asking for the Product Key...I typed that in correctly, and it still comes up as invalid. I've tried calling the activation line, but after I give the numbers for the 9 groups of 6 numbers, it comes back invalid. Now I am unable to access my laptop..whenever I login, I get a black screen with the Windows Activation box asking for me to call to activate, do it online, or type in a different product key. Any help available would be very much appreciated. Also, I downloaded and ran the diagnostic tool for Windows Vista...this is what I got.
