adding users between 32 and 64 bit

  I thought i would share this, becuase it drove me crazy for a while.

   

  We have SBS 2003 32 bit, and OCS 2007 64 bit. I knew that there would be a tab in Active Directory but i couldn't see it going directly to AD from our domain controller, i found somehwhere on the web that you have to run this command to see the tab mmc -32 dsa.msc
