Dear Sport Team Microsoft.

first , I had microsoft Cd Window XP 2 years back now i loss this cd but i have still his key number, please suggest how i can download again this o/s from website or ... what i need to do? Thats is my personal pc!

You can see this article for instructions to order a replacement CD if it was a retail XP disc:

If your PC came with an OEM or preinstalled copy of Windows, contact the system manufacturer for help with replacement media.
