Mail not arriving or going into the Junk Folder RRS feed

    I hope someone can help me with this one because it is affecting all our hotmail and live accounts.

    I am having an issue with several companies I support, when they send mail to Microsoft style accounts such as Hotmail, the mail either does not arrive or goes into the Junk Mail folder.

    The companies are using a mix of on-premise Exchange and Office 365 but all are using a spam filtering company called "The Email Laundry" and if we set up a rule to bypass the spam filtering then the mail is delivered.

    I have spoken to the Technical team at the email laundry but they are unable to find a fault, and their last response was:

    "We have reached out to Microsoft to see if they would be able to assist us in understanding why they would be junking valid emails and they said they would only discuss the issue with customers of the service. We have investigated Test emails headers to see if we could find anything listed, but based on the information we have found online about Microsoft these emails should not be being junked.

    Ultimately we have no control over what Microsoft does with the email after we deliver it, currently, we are asking if recipients reach out to his or her host support to get details from them explaining why they are categorizing those emails as junk, that would help us continue this investigation. We understand this is frustrating, but we need more information from Microsoft in order to figure out why they are doing this."

    So I have logged onto one of the email accounts for one of our customers and sent an email to myself, but though I can track it through the logs it doesn't get to me. Here are the details from The Email Laundry;
