You should use an A/V that is specifically designed for WHS. Avast! and F-Secure make WHS-specific versions (plus McAfee has one as well, but that only comes with pre-built servers, i.e. the HP MSS).- Marked as answer by Olaf EngelkeModerator Monday, November 9, 2009 11:23 AM

If you mean on WHS, no, since WHS is not a supported OS.
Also if you want to use the product on the clients, I usually recommend to use Norton Antivirus instead, since all the other features NIS offers are rarely needed and complicate the system usage.
