cant delete a folder named aa..

hi people i am a new beginner of c++ and i wanted to create a program; nevermind ! i accidently created a folder named aa..
now i cant delete it windows says that this folder is not exist i coludnt delete it from dos either i used this commands
c:>rd /s /q aa..
and it says this this folder doesnt exist but i can delete every folder in this address with this command
folder sequrity is disabled i cant hide it, rename it,copy it,paste it, when i put anything in it it create another folder named aa itself and if i delete aa.. ;aa will turn itself to aa.. again actuly its regenerate itself!! i think i actuly created a monster!! only solution that can help is formating drive that is not an option!!
